Gordios is a SaaS platform dedicated to supporting medical device manufacturers with regulatory compliance. It offers tools for quality system creation, automated conformity assessment, and daily QARA management. Access to the service is granted through a paid subscription depending on the plan selected by the user.

2. Access to the Service

The platform is intended for use by professionals acting in a commercial or regulatory capacity. Registration requires prior acceptance of these Terms and, where applicable, payment of a subscription fee. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, text, interfaces, logos, document templates, algorithms, and software made available through the Gordios platform are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Gordios SAS. Any reproduction, modification, or extraction without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. In particular, users must not:

• - Submit false or misleading regulatory data using the service.
• - Access other users’ data without authorization.
• - Alter, disable, or bypass the service’s security mechanisms.

5. Confidentiality and Security

Data submitted by users is processed confidentially, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must promptly report any unauthorized use of their account.

6. Fees and Payment

Access to the service is subject to a monthly or annual subscription, as indicated at the time of registration. Unless stated otherwise, all payments are due in advance. No refunds will be issued in the event of early termination by the user.

7. Liability

Users remain solely responsible for how they use the documents or suggestions generated by the platform, which are not a substitute for expert regulatory review where required.

Gordios reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, without notice, in the event of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive use of the platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

Gordios may update these Terms at any time. In the event of material changes, users will be notified through appropriate means. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts within the jurisdiction of Strasbourg shall have exclusive competence, unless otherwise provided by law.
